From 2 to 7 verticals
Expanding a digital business is not just a matter of adding more pages. Each new vertical changes the structure of the site, the way demand is captured, and the systems required to operate it.
The situation
At Keystone Education Group I was Chief Development Officer. The business expanded from two verticals to seven across hundreds of sites in 40 or more markets.
The decision
The questions that kind of expansion has to settle are the ones I still start with: where a new offer should live, which markets and channels come first, and what gets measured from day one.
What I did
As Chief Development Officer, I worked across organic growth, new verticals, and the international site portfolio.
The result
Yearly organic visits grew from 1 million to 80 million over that period, and lead handling scaled from 100 to 8,000 leads a day.
What this is for
The cheapest time to fix the architecture of a launch is before the new vertical goes live. After go-live, the structure, the markets, and the tracking are the expensive things to change.

Building digital reach across international markets
International expansion multiplies the number of decisions a business has to get right: language, market structure, search demand, content, technology, and measurement.
The situation
I co-founded Theories Group and served as Chief Product Officer as the portfolio grew from 1 to 1,000 websites and from 5 to 70 languages.
The decision
Operating across dozens of markets requires a shared structure for how sites are launched, how search demand is captured, and how workflows run.
What I did
I oversaw technical SEO, digital launches, workflows, and AI across the operation.
The result
From 1 to 1,000 websites, from 5 to 70 languages, and from 0 to 100 workflows.
What this is for
International growth needs a repeatable operating system, not just translated content.

Building an AI valuation engine from the ground up
An AI product is only as useful as the data it can stand on, the decision it is meant to support, and the limits it is willing to state.
The situation
I built an AI valuation engine from the ground up, drawing on full-time work with AI since 2022.
The decision
The core design work sits in connecting the model to reliable data sources, explicit valuation logic, and clear operating boundaries.
What I did
I designed and built the engine end to end, from data pipeline to valuation output.
The result
A working valuation system built from the ground up.
What this is for
I still build the systems I advise on. That keeps my diligence and advisory work grounded in how the technology actually behaves.
